Lynn’s Roast Chicken

1 medium-sized whole chicken
Rub olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice over chicken
Place in Traeger for 1/2 hr on high, 1/2 hr on low
Serve with seasonal vegetable & warm fresh bread from the local market
Favorite pairing with Stoller JV Pinot Noir

Lynn’s Signature Salmon

1 large piece of fresh local salmon
Rub olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice over filet
Place in Traeger, skin side down, on high for 20 minutes
Serve with homemade caprese salad (mix of cherry tomato, mozzarella and basil from the garden)
Pairs well with Winderlea Ana Pinot Noir
